A360's Business Builder Jumpstart Program is purposefully structured to help you create a solid foundation for your new business or revitalize the mission of your existing one. This program is based on positive leadership principles and it consists of six 1 1/2 hour intentionally sequenced coaching sessions.
In these sessions, we will develop and evaluate all the major components of your business. We will also talk about goals, strategies, and actions that will put your business on the path to success. A summary of our discussion will be provided to you after each session.
