A360's Business Leaders Group Coaching Program provides opportunities for systematic business growth, leadership development, professional networking, and peer mentoring. This program meets once a month for two and a half hours at a centrally located venue.

Each session is intentionally structured with facilitated discussions on specific topics related to business development and positive leadership principles. Just like a mastermind, the members of the program serve as an advisory board providing support to help each other to grow and overcome challenges. In addition to the monthly group gathering, each member is entitled to a monthly one-on-one coaching session to further grow their business. The program is limited to ten participants.
